Airborne Rata Honey, 17.85oz (500g)

Sourced from the beautiful crimson red Wild Rata trees native to the remote, protected, high elevation areas of New Zealand's South Island, this thick and creamy honey is very light in color,  and  is distinctively flavored with an almost salty taste. Each jar contains a minimum of 45% Rata pollen and is inscribed with a pollen count to ensure the honey is true to its label. The batch can be traced back to the apiary by batch number, and it is tested to verify there is no heat damage. Excellent in desserts.
