Sideritis, also known as tsai, iron wort, mountain or shepherd's tea, is a tea that grows in the higher mountain altitudes of Greece. It is a flowering plant known for use as an herbal medicine. In Greek, "sideritis" can literally be translated as "he who is made of or has iron", which in ancient times was a generic reference for plants capable of healing wounds caused by iron weapons during battles. This tea is 100% natural and has a wonderful therapeutic aroma.
