Thin green hot peppers in brine are the most popular hot pepper grown and used in a variety of spicy foods. Fry or saute these finger hot peppers. Use raw on relish platters, in salads and sandwiches. Stuff them. Pickle them. Include them in a hot enchilada sauce. Perk up salsas, sauces, relishes, appetizers, hors d'oeuvres and dips.
