The meat is seasoned and stuffed in a natural casing, then is naturally wood-smoked and cured for months. The meat is low-fat, rather brittle and dense, and the flavor is spicy with the hot red paprika bringing it aroma and color, and garlic for additional spice. Keep refrigerated. 

Ingredients: pork, beef, salt, dextrose, ground paprika, flavorings, sodium nitrite, ascorbic acid, lactic acid, starter cultures.
