At Parthenon Foods, we strive to ensure your gourmet international products arrive in perfect condition; however, due to the perishable nature of food items, we can only accept returns on non-perishable goods within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process

Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our safety and quality guidelines for non-perishable or damaged goods.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once approved, securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging to prevent damage during the return transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
